How do you separate salt and pepper from sand?
I can only use a small cup,pie tin,funnel,comb,felt,spoon,coffee filter,measuring cup,and 2 index cards.Please help!! !!!! How do i separate it all i tried running the comb through my hair and putting it over the pepper to create static electricity but it didn’t work.I am allowed to a create an object that will separate it but i can only use the items above.
Put it in water to dissolve the salt, and the pepper will float to the top. Skim off the pepper, and evaporate off the water to crystalize the salt.

Cheap / Wholesale Brick? Where?
We are building quite a few tall columns for fencing with bricks, and I just wanted to see if anyone knew of a cheaper or wholesale supplier. Right now the cheapest I can find is $0.35 per brick which is at Home Depot. We will need between 25,000 an 35,000 bricks. The price through them is fine, but if I can get it cheaper of course that would be best. We are in the Cleveland Ohio area. I am willing to have them shipped to me, but only if it is cheaper than Home Depot including the freight charges.

What is the most cost effective way to print good quality business cards at home?
I design websites for people, and would like to offer Business Card printing as a little additional service. I’m looking for a cost effective way to print high quality Business Cards. I don’t mind paying out for a bit of printing kit if it’s pretty reasonably priced. I’ll obviously also need some software. I’m assuming I could just design the cards in Photoshop.
Any advice would be helpful. Thanks.
I would recommend focusing on the logo or collaterals design business rather than the printing. A quick printer can do 100 qty cards for $20 and the quality would be better than what you can provide in-house (ie: see Office Depot link). Instead of providing printing services in-house, find a good quick printer to partner with and focus on your design services. And if you find a good printer to partner with, they may start referring design work to you!
