Why does the Yahoo MLS page suck and doesn’t cover Open Cup or Champions League?

…and only gets updated every blue moon?

Because most Americans do not like FOOTBALL because the USA suck.

Where can I buy online really good priced (or wholesale) real estate company supplies?

I have a property management, commercial real estate and rental properties listing business – where can I find reasonably priced sign holders, flier or brochure boxes, and anything else along those lines?? Any suggestions? Thanks!

Here are some sources for you, but they are by no means unique or complete. You can type the individual word of what you are looking for into the search window of any search engine, like Google or Yahoo and literally dozens or even hundreds of suppliers will pop up:

How to create a cheap and creative business cards with little spending time?

How to create a cheap and creative business cards with little spending time?
I only have a MS word, power point, and GIMP 2, 6, 8. Can I use any one of this software to create simple cookies business cards and print it from home printer.

Please help with detail following steps. Thanks

MS Word is all you need. You can download templates from the Microsoft office template site. Use the template to make the business cards. If you want to spend some time, you can change the graphics and fonts.

If you don’t want to spend much time, I guess it won’t look to good.

Just open your program, set the document size you require, add some text/images and press CTRL+P to print it.

Are your best friends those you lend books to and they get returned with coffee cup rings on their covers?

And to show how much you love them, you don’t utter a word of annoyance?

Well I’ve given up lending good books. I have no problem with loaning them lesser books, but the last time I leant a valuable art book to my best friend, it never came back.
She swears she gave it back to me but she didn’t.
I don’t think it was deliberate, and I don’t know what happened to it, but I was really cut.
I’ve since replaced it and put a note inside it that it is a replacement copy and the purchase date, so if she sees it she’ll know it wasn’t the copy I Ient her. They’ve been out of print for years.

I let it go because she is important to me and I think it was accidental, but I don’t loan out valuable books anymore.

I collect antique books and as you seem to be a fellow bibliophile , it’s an opporunity to show off. My pride and joy is a huge and very beautiful calf bound volume of The History of Edward III printed in 1688. It’s my pride and joy and has original etchings etc in it. Just showing off . :o )

HELP!! where do I start in finding good wholesale suppliers?

Hi,

I’ve been selling on ebay for some time now, going to various markets and picking up items for £1 then selling them on ebay for around £16 or more. It’s now time to branch out and establish this into profitable business. This requires a good wholesale supplier. In my naivety I rushed and bought some items via an online wholesaler only to discover after my purchase that numerous other sellers on EBAY were selling the same thing, some for as long as 6 months prior to my purchase. Needless to say my markup was virtually nothing as they were too many competitors.

Having learnt my lesson I’ve realised I’m going to have to source my own wholesale suppliers and negotiate prices myself, ensuring more profitable markup and less product exposure, meaning fewer competitors.

I have been selling women’s clothing on ebay, starting out with NEXT clothing, which does rather well on there. I go and pick up the bargains at NEXT outlets. This also revealed a market for plus size ladies as well as Big Cup bras (D – KK), these also seem to sell pretty well. I want to expand into all clothing not just for women but don’t know where to start.

I was reading one of the best ways to approach this is to contact say the manufacturer for NEXT clothing, ask for their list of wholesale distributors, then call them and ask if they’ll sell to a small business. Is that how it works???

I’m soo confused and alone on this this but I’m determined to make this work. Please help, also if you have info on any wholesale networking events they’d be appreciated. I’m based in London, UK. I’ll work with international wholesalers, I just don’t know who to trust.

Thanks

I can’t imagine that Next’s suppliers will sell items intended for Next to a small business as there will be a clause written into their supplier contract which states that they must not do this.

You’d be far better off making your own contacts with clothing manufacturers and getting them to sell other items to you. Part of this process is being resourceful and looking up / making contact with suppliers. I would suggest though that the place where you need to look for clothing suppliers is predominantly China as this is where most are made.

You could probably be sued for reselling Next’s (or any other company’s) products specifically in this manner, so I wouldn’t think it’s a very good long term business venture.

question about printing shipping labels from ebay?

hi, i’m about to sell an item on ebay and im curious about printing shipping labels from ebay. do you need a special printer or do you need to download some special program? also, how do i put the shipping label on the box? do i just tape it on?

No you can just print them out on a normal printer and then either glue or tape the label to the parcel.

Depending on the postal system of your Country you may need to know the exact size and weight of the parcel before you can buy a shipping label. In the UK it’s a pretty useless feature so what I do is click on the "order details" link and then copy & paste the address and print it out, then I take it the post office and buy stamps as usual.
