What program can I use to align my text to print my address onto address lables? And how?

I have sheets of blank sticker address lables. What program can I use to align the columns to print evenly across the lables?

* MACO address labels
* 30 labels per sheet
* Each label is 1" x 2 5/8" (2.5 x 6.7 cm)
* sheet is 8.5" x 11"
* ML-3025

Never done this before, so a walkthrough would be appreciated. :) I tried doing it on my own. Came close, but did not succeed. Can’t keep wasting ink on test prints. :P

The Maco address labels that you have are Avery #5260 and 5160 compatible. Knowing that it is the equivilant of the Avery models, go to www.avery.com go to download free software and download Avery wizard 3.0. This program integrates with Microsoft Word and enables you to choose different templates according to the model # that you have. So just select the 5260 or 5160 model # and voila! you should be set.

    Try some of the templates from Avery. They have all kinds of free ones on their website. Go to http://www.avery.com and download their label printing software. It has tonss of different templates in it, there should be one that will fit your labels for the layout. Then you just type in your label on the master sheet after choosing a template, tell it to print 30 of it, do a print preview to make sure it shows all labels filled, and you’re done.
