Use mail merge and the label wizard. You need to create a data file or you can even use your existing contact data from excel / word / access / outlook. You open a new document and start the wizard, use the new document to set up the layout of the labels. Also if you buy Avery labels - they often will have a cd in the package that can also assist you in creating the labels.
