Xbox 360 Support – Address/Email?

Okay, so my Xbox 360 got RROD. This is the third time so I am not new to the procedure. (I towel tricked it after and it lasted one more day :P )

Before you had to ring, I rang and got this auto-voice to tell me to use the Xbox website instead to request a repair. I went onto Xbox.com and followed the "repair" guidelines and got to the page where it has all your details and says that they will email you the shipping labels. However the email they are emailing the labels to is "info"@ something which I do not use nor no the log in, so I cannot access the email.

How do I change that email to one I can access to get the shipping lables? And no, going to "My Account" and changing your email does not work, that is your Tag email not support and address. Plus, that email is fine, but the email I use to log in is not the same one on my details along with Address etc.
