vistaprint.com has great deals for "free". i paid about 5.95 to ship printed business cards with my info. the catch is to keep their ad on the back of your card. once you’ve placed one order, you will continue to receive more offers. this might include premium cards for that shipping fee (premiums will not have their logo on the back). however, if you are going for those free cards, your choices are limited (although not bad at all!). you can, as well, choose to your liking for additional fees. good luck!

Honestly, if you want to be professional, use a professional not only for printing but for design as well. A lot of people don’t care how their cards look, but for me its the first impression you make. I’ve seen many "free" cards and that’s exactly how they look "free".
