There’s room inside for the author to add his/her thoughts. This card is supposed to gingerly broach the topic, give the recipient a chance to react/think privately,spark conversation humorously.
Would it do that for you? If not, what would?
It would make me wonder why he thinks I’m not attracted to him. So it would at the very least open a dialogue between us. I wouldn’t find it the least bit humorous. It would make me sad.

i would have just laughed. my husband got me a pink base ball hat for our 1 month after getting married, the hat had the superman sign but said super bi.tch. men are just dumb sometimes.

If I got that card after some differences or arguement I would take it as a peace offering or apology. It would work on me, but, I’m easy.

Doesn’t sound like he thinks you are attracted to him. I think you have bigger problems then what kind of card he gave you. Your marriage is like a garden…. If you don’t take care of it and give it your ATTENTION, it will die.
