I want to sell my motorbike so i thought it would be a good idea to print it out in small ish labels to stick in shop windows etc. Anyway to cut it short. I dont know how to do it in works word processor.
Please help me out?
In tools–lables it gives me the options of "multiple-entry labels", "return address labels" and "mailing labels".
What do i pick and what size would be good?

They are meant to be printed to labels. Therefore you have all the Avery (stationery manufacturer) labels that come as A4 sheets.

I would make a single label in your program, by typing as normal.

e.g Mr J. Whale,
123 The Road,
Townside.
AB1 2CD

Now leave an empty line between this and then copy and paste the address lines.
Repeat as many times as necessary

Now highlight everything and do Format, Left margin=0, Right margin = 9.5

Increase the font size until the label fills to the right margin which is now near to the midway point of your A4 paper size.

Make sure you are getting full addresses until the bottom of the page (probably about four addresses)

Print one sheet
Put the sheet back into the printer with the text on the right (does not matter which way is facing up.

Print again one sheet
You now have let us say 8 labels and all you now need to do is cut them up.

Simplz. At least this works.

What’s the easiest way to create tables with different addresses?
Microsoft word
excel
Microsoft publisher?

You can use anyone of them. Each one of them has their own advantages. If you need are going to apply different formats it might be ease if you do those labels on Ms Publisher or Ms word. If you are going to use those addresses for future use (like addresses of customers) it might be better for you to use Ms Excel. The best way might be to store your list of addresses in Ms Excel and Merge it to Ms Word or Ms Publisher to create your labels.

I get free address lables from charities. I don’t ask for them. They just come.

I created address lables, and added my favorite team’s logo, for use of return address lables. Am I Allowed to use my return address lables with the logo on them as a delivery address when I send SASE?

As long as the address is easily readable it doesn’t matter.

If you are printing address labels by MS – Word

you can use mailing labels from templates by choosing templates from the taskpane

I went to Pearl looking for balsa wood for some fabric wall hangings I’m working on.
