One of the most requested training sessions by clients is how to use the MailMerge feature in Word to Print Labels, using contacts from Outlook Address Book. We train our customers to use Outlook as the default address book, which can be accessed by several applications (although Outlook 2007 changed its architecture which prevents applications such as WinFax from accessing its data).
