I love scrapbooking and I’ve always wanted to have my own small business on the side. What would be a good way to combine the two for a little extra pocket cash?

In order to make a career, you have to be able to give people what they want at a price that they’re willing to pay. Very, very few people want scrapbooks made by other people.

You MIGHT be able to write articles about scrapbooking, and sell them to magazines. However, you’ll be competing with established authors. You’ll also be competing with the gazillion websites and blogs about scrapbooking.

Hobbies are hobbies because people enjoy doing them. Work is work because people do it in order to earn a living. While many people dream of making their hobbies pay, very, very few people are able to do so.

I have these Deja Views scrapbooking things, and I just can’t figure out how they work! I have tried ironing them, using water on them, rubbing them, and I just am not sure how to make them work! Please help!

Rub ons usually come with a little paddle pop stick in the packet that you use for placing them on your project. They have a sticky side that you place on your project then use the paddle pop stick to burnish them on. You should not use water or an iron to adhere them as both of these methods may ruin them.
