Has anyone got a small recipe for coffee sponge cake?

I have a 5" cake tin and all the recipes I have come across serve 6-12. I only want to make a small one and I just don’t trust my conversions. Thanks in advance.

Just make muffins out of the extra batter you don’t need for you 5" tin.

Okay go to allrecipes.com and type in coffee sponge cake (if you actually mean a sponge cake flavored with coffee) or just sponge cake. Find a recipe the one that came up when I type coffee sponge cake served 12 using two 9" pans. I figured your pan as more of a 4 serving size and changed to 4 servings, it recalculated the ingredients but not the instructions. I would use this source and simply use common sense on the baking time and/or watch the cake carefully. Have fun
