I will say this...I have read this book MANY times (at least once a year since I learned to read more than 20 years ago) and I have NEVER been able to finish it in a day. I have finished it in 3 days, but never in a single day. I don't need much sleep and I'm a really fast reader but if you're not like me, I don't recommend doing this. If someone who needs sleep and ignores it for a awhile, it distorts you mind, your IQ drops and you can never gain back the sleep you lost. So, why don't you just read until you tired and then sleep and read again. Sometimes it's better that way because you get to start with fresh eyes. Also, the suspense is fun. Have food readily available so you don't have to go somewhere to get it; then its gonna take even longer to finish because you took that time getting food.
