Every night I dream I am being attacked by little pieces of adheasive paper. Eventually I find myself covered it neon yellow and I can’t breath. The only way out is to connect drinking straws to reach over the top of my cubicle to get air. Is this normal?
You’re making this way too complicated. Keep about a dozen bendy drinking straws in your mouth, pointing in all different directions. It will be impossible for the post-it notes to obstruct your breathing. It’s very hard for post-it notes to stick to the end of a straw, since there’s so little surface area.
If you only have this problem in your dreams, and it doesn’t affect your daytime functioning (e.g. not being able to function at the office) it’s not really a phobia… the DSM-IV calls it "Nightmare Disorder".

Describe normal…..Anyway, at least you can breathe thru the straws….could be worse. You could be falling off a cliff and never land

That doesn’t sound like a fear of post-it notes. It sounds more like a fear of being overwhelmed with tasks to do at work (which may be delivered via post-it notes).
