It’s called a ” …
It’s called a “snail adhesive” by Stampin’ Up. But you can go to your local craft store (Hobby Lobby / Michael’s / some scrapbook stores around your area). It’s just a Tombow Mono Adhesive. I think that’s what its spelled like.
