All kinds of things.

I use them a lot for attaching notes to bills or other papers where I want to remember something or notice it (brighter colors for those sometimes)... mark recipes while browsing in a book, or things I want to copy or cut out, etc.

Post-It art is a cool thing too:

I use them to mask area's on plastic model aircraft when I'm airbrushing... they are sticky enough to hold, but don't damage the paint.

I also use them as book-markers.
References :
I use them to mark scriptures and references when I am leading a Bible study group. I am less apt to lose them and can go back easily.
References :
Cut into strips and use as flags in magazine pages that you want to run off or tear out later.
References :
A pair of ear rings ( if you dont have pierced ears )
A hat for a mouse in windy conditions
Colourful wings for a square winged paper aeroplane
Combine with a stick to make an instant flag
Green ones can be used to make an Adam and Eve outfit
Yellow ones - Adam and Eve in Autumn
Stick onto a regular beanie hat for instant earflaps
Table protector for tepid coffee
Stick to the floor for a Roman style mosiac effect
Emergency handkerchief
Stick a line of various colour ones to a glass window to give the effect of a line of beach huts in the distance , making friends envious of your ' one mile from the beach' location
Emergency band-aid
Nose shield
Prank parking ticket
put several up your sleeves to give you that 'Charles Atlas' look
Put some down your trousers
Place them upside down on the living room floor to create a Flea gum trap
Emergency Eye shields
References :
I use them to make all kinds of notes, from things around the office to things at home. In the office I use them to make a note that I called some one, or a price, or to remember things I need to do the next day.
Around the house I use them to leave notes like to tell my brother that he needs to take out the trash or wash the dishes. In my car I use them to keep bank acct. numbers on it so I dont have to be digging in my purse every time I go to the bank.
