What are the sources of diglycerides and monoglycerides? Can they be a by-product of soap manufacturing?

To put it differently, could the ones used in food be of pork otigin?

Monoglycerides. Glycerides. (See Glycerin.) Diglycerides.
From animal fat. In margarines, cake mixes, candies, foods, etc. In cosmetics. Alternative: vegetable glycerides
