How do i get shipping labels ?

I want to start selling stuff on ebay but it says you need to print shipping labels to send stuff.
I dont have a printer but are there alternatives for that ?
I mean cant I go to UPS or the post office and have then make or send printing labels for me in the mail ?

UPS will provide them if you use their service.
USPS will also, but I think you need to pay a fee for them.
